A very beautiful piece, I just love the red horn and turquoises used it this Breastplate but I don't understand why it has Gold beads in it since the First Nation people thought that gold made people crazy and it was cursed. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of the breastplate by putting cursed gold into something that is to protect?
